| AGA has three world class facilities located in Vasai, Mumbai, in the state of Maharashtra and has recently begun production in the newly constructed, state-of-the-art plant at Haridwar, in the state of Uttaranchal. |

| Plant I: Located in Gokhivare, Vasai, Plant I has a shop floor area of 6,500 square meters and is equipped to produce large graphics for signage, buses and large SUV’s. |

| Plant II: Located in Pelhar, Vasai, Plant II has a shop floor area of 12,000 square meters. The plant has state-of-the-art technology for small format 2/4-wheeler graphics in addition to an in-house design studio. The plant also contains a quality control (QC) lab that is fully equipped to conduct the physical, mechanical, chemical and weathering tests required to ensure that all graphics meet the customer’s quality and consistency requirements. |

| Plant III: Located in Vasai, Plant III is equipped with the latest machinery for precise plotting, routing, digital printing and fabrication. |
